Rooibos, Hibiscus, Apple Pieces, Carob, Sweet Blackberry Leaves, Liquorice Root.
No added sugar, flavourings, preservatives, or anything else.

To Use

Hot:
- Add 1 tbsp. of Sweet Hibiscus Rooibos to a tea infuser.
- Pour nearly boiling water over your leaves.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove your infuser and enjoy the perfect cup.

Iced:
- Follow all of the Hot steps but use 2 tsps. instead.
- Steep for 10 minutes.
- Pour over ice.
